The Market Folk has landed in Ipswich
We have some news we have been quietly holding onto, and we could not wait to share it. The Market Folk is now running the markets at Riverlink Ipswich, which means Ipswich has a curated, boutique market to call its very own.
If you have spent a morning wandering our markets at Gasworks, Portside Wharf or Heritage Lanes, you already know how we do things. Quality over quantity. Makers and artists who pour real heart into every piece. A day out that feels like community, not a car park full of stalls.
Now we are bringing all of that west.
What to expect
Think handmade homewares, jewellery, art, ceramics, candles, plants, gourmet treats and gifts you will not find on a shelf anywhere else, all from independent Australian makers we have handpicked ourselves. You will spot some of our much-loved regular stallholders alongside plenty of new faces, and because every stallholder is curated, every visit turns up something you have not seen before.
Bring the family, bring your reusable bags and a slow morning. This is the kind of market you linger at.
When and where
Our first market is Sunday 27 September from 8:30am to 3pm, and from there we will be back on the last Sunday of every month at Riverlink Ipswich. Pop it in your calendar and make a proper morning of it.
