The Market Folk orders your products under a made to order system and therefore will not accept any returns for change of mind. If you are for any other reason unhappy with the product or there is a defect with the product please send us an image of the issue to hello@themarketfolk.com.au and we will attempt to rectify the issue. Please be sure to read all dimensions prior to making your purchase which are included in all product listings.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If we find the product to have a fault we will discuss replacements.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
As items are made to order we do not accept exchanges.
We are a concession store selling products on behalf of participating brands.
We do not offer refunds.
We can exchange an item if returned in original condition with all packaging intact within 7 days of purchase, the exchanged item must be of equal or more value than the original purchase. Examples of this would be needing to swap a size of clothing, dog collars etc
We do not offer exchanges on jewellery, glassware, kitchenware or consumables for change of mind for hygiene reasons.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
We do not offer store credit as we are a casual pop-up shop and we cannot guarantee we will be trading when you would like to return to use it.
Faults
We do not offer refunds on faulty objects - we can only offer an exchange. When you contact us you will be asked to supply photos so these can be sent these to the brand directly for assessment. From here if we are given approval to exchange the item on the brands behalf you will be invited in store to complete the exchange.
Exchanges can only be made when an official The Market Folk receipt is provided - not an eftpos receipt. If you nominated not to receive a receipt at checkout this voids ability to exchange an item or claim a fault.
