You will find us at Shop 14, Post Office Square, in the Brisbane CBD, open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 5pm.

Yes. The Market Folk runs markets at Gasworks Plaza, 76 Skyring Terrace, Newstead, including daytime and twilight Christmas markets in December. Dates and times are on our Visit Us page.
Apply online through our Apply page. The Market Folk runs four trading seasons a year, applications for each season open ahead of time, and our small team reviews every application within about 14 days, looking at your products, where they are made and your stall display.
Approved stallholders trade at The Market Folk markets at Gasworks Plaza in Newstead, Portside Wharf in Hamilton, Heritage Lanes in the Brisbane CBD, King Street in Bowen Hills, Stones Corner and Riverlink in North Ipswich. We are a curated makers market, so we look for original, locally designed products and a well presented stall.
Stall fees at The Market Folk start at $100 per market at Heritage Lanes, most venues are $120, and a Gasworks marquee stall is $140. Corner stalls cost a little more. The full list is on our Apply page, and once approved you can pay upfront or in two fortnightly instalments per market.
Yes. Public liability insurance is mandatory for every business trading at a Market Folk market.
Yes. The Market Folk runs curated pop-up markets and venue activations for shopping centres, precincts and councils across Brisbane and South East Queensland. Start an enquiry on our Venue partnerships page.
